COMMON MENTAL HEALTH SYMPTOMOLOGY
While I avoid labels and diagnosing since they are only , snapshot of today, these diagnostic criteria are helpful to understand the symptoms and behaviors of certain mental health disorders.
Knowledge is power and understanding what you are experiencing puts you more in control of it. You cannot measure or control it, if you do not label it. And as I mentioned earlier, you need to know what it is to manage it, However, I do not encourage anyone to define themselves based on any diagnosis and will discourage any personalization of diagnosis which may interfere with your daily functioning.
