Please consider when using your insurance:
I am required to provide a mental health diagnosis to your insurance company. Some diagnosis may or may not be covered by your insurance provider, depending on the diagnosis.
Insurance companies may limit the number of sessions you can receive. It is common to be authorized for 6, 8, 10, 12 sessions depending on your insurance provider.
It is important to phone your insurance company and be informed. ASK: 1) what provider carries your behavioral health services and 2) what is your deductible and number of allowable sessions.
I am happy to assist you, in accessing your behavioral health coverage information.
